Oil Purification System

Vacuum Distillation Systems for Water Removal From Lubricating Oil in Hydroelectric Plants

Dyna-Vac 858-600
The most effective systems to remove water from oil.
All 858 Dyna-Vacs use vacuum distillation to distill water out of oil. 858 Dyna-Vacs available in flow rates up to 600 gph. Obtain oil dryness levels of 70 ppm with 858 Dyna-Vacs.

Oil Processing Rate

  • Removes Solids: Dyna-Glass II Filter Elements to 3 micron Beta200
  • Removes Water: All water... Free, Emulsified and Dissolved to less than 70ppm
  • Removes Gases

Dyna-Vacs can be used safely to remove water, gases and particulate matter from:

  • Lubricating Oils
  • Hydraulic Oils
  • Mineral or Synthetic Oils

Model shown is 858-600-804 with inlet and outlet filters for removing 99.5% of all particulates as small as 3 microns. The vacuum distillation process is capable of removing water at over 6 gallons per hour. Oil can be dried to less than 70ppm in 7-10 passes.

The 858-600-804 Dyna-Vac is an oil purification system used to remove water and solid contamination from oil reservoirs. It can be used on hydraulic, lubricating, and silicone dielectric oils. It features a highly engineered vacuum distillation chamber for more efficient water removal than vacuum dehydration systems. The Dyna-Vac employs automatic foam control, prefilter, postfilter using Beta200 rated filter elements.

Vacuum Distillation

Highest water removal rate available
The removal of water is accomplished in the exclusive Dyna-Dry process chamber. Very high water removal rates are obtained because of condensing coils. The condensing chamber also prevents re-contaminating the oil with water.

Durability
FilterDyne uses liquid ring pumps to create the vacuum condition for distilling the water. These type pumps are designed to pump vapors and liquids without damage.

FilterDyne’s 858-600-804 Dyna-Vac removes water from oil by vacuum distillation. Water is separated from oil at rates up to 6 gallons/hour. Oil properties are not altered in this process.
